Some people love the structure of being in the office on Monday morning knowing with certainty what each workday of the week will bring. Not me. I love change because I love progress. I don’t like to do the same thing over and over because I need to see forward movement. I love new, different and challenging situations.
I enjoy knowing I have grown and improved at something. And I feel the same about my clients. There is nothing more rewarding than standing back and realizing that I have helped a company succeed in reaching a goal.
Even in my leisure activities I strive to strengthen myself, improve my skills, and know that I am better or faster than the last time. In business, if you are not moving forward, you are falling behind.
